– In addition to major international sporting and cultural events the local area is rich with fiestas (particularly running of bulls in the street) along with many traditional Paella restaurants both in the nearby mountains and the on the beach. Typically, in Puzol, these take place on the 6th of September in the old village with fiestas running up the event for at least a week before hand.
