More about Spanish Villa Valencia

This private Spanish Villa Valencia is the perfect holiday rental as it both near everything, yet far enough away to offer peace, tranquillity and exceptional levels of security.

Located just to the north of Valenica, our beautiful villa is located in the Los Monasterios neighbourhood of high class homes and villas at the foot of the Sierra Calderona, just 20 minutes drive from Valencia airport. (It appears as Parque Natural de Sierra Calderona on the map above – just to the north of the city of Valencia).

Situated in its own lush and beautiful with a large private pool (with security fence and lockable gate), our perfect holiday rental villa offers top levels of security with on call 24/7 neighbourhood security, yet only a few minutes drive to the local town, full of wonderful (and amazingly affordable) restaurants.

Slightly beyond the town of Pucol is the Playa Pucol or Pucol’s beach resort. An attractive blue flag beach with low rise buildings and modest traffic. The beach (during summer) offers beach based bars (Chiringuitos) and top quality restaurants all year round.

From Pucol, you can quickly travel north to enjoy Canet De Berenguer’s wild / dune beaches – or south to the resorts of Playa Pobla Farnals or Port Saplaya with the busy bars and lively street restuarants, or carry on further south to Valencia’s Malvarosa beach, famous, cool and with the best beach paella in the area.

From Valencia’s Malvarosa beach you can explore the Americas Cup port with ambient cool bars and late night life.

All within half an hour of our private rental villa thanks to the superb local road network.

If the beach isn’t your thing, then just turn and head into the mountains. Walk from your door if you wish or drive 5, 10 or 15 minutes to discover amazing landscapes, great limestone pavement and (yes, its a theme) some of the best mountain paella.
